Team Homan was Team Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympic Games after winning the 2017 Roar of the Rings in their hometown. The team out of the Ottawa Curling Club is the 2024 and 2017 World Women’s Curling Champions. They are four-time national women’s curling champions, winning the Scotties Tournament of Hearts in 2024, 2017, 2014 and 2013. They also competed in the Scotties in 2021, 2020, and 2019, finishing second in 2015, finishing third, and 2011 finishing fourth. At the world level, they also won a silver medal in 2014 and a bronze medal in 2013. 

Team Homan has won fifteen Grand Slam of Curling titles and was the first women’s team to win a game in a men’s Grand Slam event. 2013, the team placed third at the Roar of the Rings Canadian Curling Trials. Rachel Homan and Emma Miskew have curled together since they were 11 and won a silver medal for Canada at the 2010 World Junior Championships. Sarah Wilkes, the 2019 Scotties Tournament of Hearts champion with three Grand Slam of Curling titles, joined the team during the 2020-21 season. Tracy Fleury joined Team Homan during the 2022-23 season as the #1 Canadian Ranked (CTRS) skip during the previous season (2021-2022). As a new team, they have won the 2022 Tour Challenge Grand Slam title, 2022/2023 Red Deer Curling Classic, 2023 Ontario Provincials, 2023 Champions Cup Grand Slam title, 2023 Saville Shootout, 2023 PointsBet Invitational, 2023 Masters Grand Slam title, 2024 Canadian Open Grand Slam title, 2024 Scotties, and 2024 Worlds while currently ranked #1 in the world (WCTR).
